Steel Bulk freighter (U.S.117134) built in 1902 at Lorain, Ohio by American Ship Building Company (Hull #316) for Gilchrist Transportation Company as a.) STEEL KING: 380 X 50 X 24; 3,586 gross tons. Purchased by Cliffs from Davidson Steamship Co. in 1916, renamed b.) CADILLAC in 1918. Traded to U.S. Maritime Commission and operated under charter as c.) CHACORNAC in 1943. Scrapped in Buffalo, New York in 1956.
