Brent, you didn't give you location which makes it hard to give suggestions as to where you can purchase the 1/8" plywood. If you are in the U.S.A., try a lumber yard for mahonany plywood door skins, this is the cheapest that I have found. If you have an old mahonany door, take it apart for the skins. Let us know your location, then we can better help you.
