Jeff, I think Dennis is having the same problem that I had, the double angles where the visor goes around the corners. Would you make the visor out of 3 pieces or 1? I did like Dennis, made a pattern out of balsa, then laid the styrene over it and heated it in the oven till the styrene dropped to the balsa form.
