Hey Dennis....manila envelopes work great for making templates. I started by cutting a strip say 1" wide then laying it over the pilot house at the correct angle. I marked it with a pen and trimmed it where needed, to hold that angle all the way around. Once the inner surface was good I simple added the width of the visor and cut. Then traced on Styrene for the finish part.
